During our live training sessions, I will use a variety of exercises to target all major muscle groups using minimal equipment such as a mat and dumbbells. I will incorporate resistance training, cardio, and mobility exercises to ensure that we cover all the bases and will work with you to select the exercises and equipment to meet your specific needs, goals, and capabilities. Each session will last for 45-50 minutes, providing you with an efficient and effective workout.
