Hi, I'm Danya! My journey to health coaching began after years of battling with my own hormonal imbalances, namely PCOS. After trying everything, I decided to take matters into my own hands and get to the root cause of all my symptoms and how to address them naturally. I gained a comprehensive education from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and became a certified Health Coach and went on to do my specialty in Women's Health & Hormones. My goal is to help women feel great in their skin, and to help them feel vibrant, energized, and confident in the body they deserve! I believe that food is life’s most powerful drug, and that each person is bio-individual, meaning there is no one-size-fits-all approach. I work closely one-on-one with my clients to help them get to the root cause of the problem, bring back the hope that was lost, and achieve their health goals using sustainable lifestyle changes.
